Hon. Francis Barthlomew Chima, popularly known as OmoBarca, has extended warm greetings and prayers to residents of Ajeromi-Ifelodun Federal Constituency as Nigeria enters the month of September.
In a New Month message, OmoBarca described September as a month of “Blessings, Elevation, and Restoration,” urging residents to approach the new month with gratitude, faith, grace and humility.
Addressing his constituents, he said the arrival of September marked an opportunity for renewed hope and positive expectations after the conclusion of August.
“We have crossed over. We have entered the ‘BER’ months—the months of Blessings, Elevation, and Restoration,” he stated.
OmoBarca specifically extended his message to residents across Ajegunle, Boundary, Tolu, Layeni, Ijora and Ilaje, praying that the new month would bring opportunities and breakthroughs that had eluded them in the previous month.
He said, “May September open doors that August could not open for you. May this month restore what you lost, elevate your name, and bless the work of your hands.”
The politician also expressed optimism about the economic and social wellbeing of residents, particularly young people, traders, artisans and families within the constituency.
According to him, September should bring renewed opportunities for youths to achieve their aspirations, while traders and artisans would experience growth in their businesses.
“Our youths will see breakthroughs. Our traders and artisans will see business growth. Our families will see peace, health, and progress,” he said.
OmoBarca urged residents to remain thankful for the opportunity to witness another month, stressing that life itself was a reason to appreciate God.
“Let us walk into September with grace and humility, knowing that it is only by God’s power that we are alive to see it,” he added.
Reflecting on the preceding month, he thanked August for the lessons it brought while welcoming September as a period of greater possibilities.
“Thank you August for the lessons. Welcome September for the lifting,” he said.
The statement also conveyed a message of solidarity with residents, with OmoBarca extending his wishes from his family to the families across Ajeromi-Ifelodun.
“From my family to yours: May this month be beautiful, prosperous, and unforgettable for every one of us,” he stated.
The message comes as OmoBarca continues to promote his political agenda ahead of the 2027 general elections, under the banner of “Leadership With Value.”
He reiterated his commitment to what he described as a political journey focused on providing meaningful representation to the people of Ajeromi-Ifelodun.
As part of his message, OmoBarca also renewed his call for credible and transparent elections, declaring: “Don’t rig for us. Don’t rig for others. Let the votes count!”
His September message has further highlighted his emphasis on grassroots engagement and his desire to connect directly with residents across the constituency as preparations for the 2027 elections gather momentum.
